On May 28, 2025, Esyasoft Holding signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy (DoE), aimed at enhancing cooperation in the field of natural water resources.
This milestone agreement—signed during the prestigious World Utilities Congress 2025—was witnessed by H.E. Dr. Abdulla Humaid Al Jarwan, Chairman of the Department of Energy, and Mr. Ajay Bhatia, Chairman of Esyasoft Holding. The MoU was formally executed by Eng. Mohammed Al Rumaithi on behalf of the DoE and Dr. Bipin Chandra, CEO of Esyasoft Holding.
